1st Line Technical Support – Office-Based | Luton
Technical Support Desk | Helpdesk | Product Support

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Monthly Bonus
Location: Luton (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

Join a global leader in electronic security technology – supporting innovative systems used in over 80 countries worldwide. With over 60 years of industry expertise, our client specialises in Door Entry, CCTV, Home Automation, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarm solutions. They’re now looking for a motivated 1st Line Technical Support professional to join their HQ in Luton.

The Role:

This is a full-time, office-based position providing first-line technical support to installers, engineers, and customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional service across a range of security technology products.

What You’ll Need:
  • Experience in a 1st Line Support, Helpdesk, or customer-facing tech support role
  • A background in IT, Electronics, or a related technical field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Confident using helpdesk software, email, and remote support tools
Your Day-to-Day:
  • Handle tech queries via phone, email & remote tools
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues
  • Log and manage support tickets
  • Escalate complex problems to the 2nd line team
  • Keep up to date with product updates and system releases
